WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase (order validated and payment authenticated online), we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund , credit , or exchange .

You can return your product within 14 days in exchange for a credit, an exchange, or a refund using the payment method used during your purchase.

However, certain exceptions and conditions apply to our returns and exchange policy, as follows:

• Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged.
• Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging,
• Returned items must not show any signs of wear,
• Items must not have been worn or otherwise altered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. Therefore, we invite you to check the items carefully before returning them.

Regarding the "second case at -50%" offer: if a refund is made on one of the 2 cases, it will be done on the least expensive case. Because by returning a product, the offer is no longer valid.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

• Go to the “Contact Us” page.
• Fill in your first name, last name and email address entered when ordering.
• Mention your order number , if you wish to have a credit, an exchange or a refund.
• If you would like an exchange, please tell us the model.
• We will respond to you within 48 hours by email, telling you the procedure to follow.
• All you have to do is ship your package following the instructions.

IS THE RETURN COVERED?

The shipping costs incurred to make a return are your responsibility, we do not cover them or reimburse them.

Important: the return must be made by “tracked” letter/parcel. Without tracking, and the package is lost, we will not be able to issue a refund.
We formally reject any responsibility in the event of a lost package if it has not been returned with tracking.

WHAT IS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE TIME?

If your return is approved, we will offer you an exchange, a refund or a credit (credit valid for 1 year from its date of issue), within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt of the item at our premises.
